Windows 98 or newer operating system 2. A properly working broadband connection to the Internet (cable or DSL) 3. Our custom remote control software installed on your computer When the remote session is over, the remote control program will be completely uninstalled and give you a confirmation message that your PC is no longer controllable by remote control until you initiate another support session. The following problems can usually be resolved by remote support: Software installation and configuration Email setup & configuration Virus removal Spyware and Adware removal Printer or peripheral installation & configuration Training Network troubleshooting Operating system update and service pack installation System maintenance And much more! Remote support cost: $45.00 for the first 30 minutes and $15.00 for each additional 15 minute increment Discounted Prepaid Rates: Hourly blocks: 1 hour - $ 72.00 2 hours - $138.00 Monthly checkup - one 30 minute tune-up remote support session per month: 6 month subscription - $200.00 12 month subscription - $350.00 (additional 15 minute increments are $15.00 each) You must have a valid credit card to receive remote support & estimated charges must be prepaid.
